Hours of Operation
I schedule patients by appointment only, which are available:
Monday from 10 am to 7 pm
Tuesday - Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm
Friday from 8 am to 1 pm
Initial evaluations last approximately 75 minutes.*
Follow-up appointments are
15-20 minutes for medication management or
45-50 minutes for psychotherapy.
*Initial evaluations cancelled less than one business day in advance will only be rescheduled if the full fee is paid for the cancelled appointment.
I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards, all debit cards, and cash as payment. The fee is due at the time of your appointment. My standard fees are as follows
Initial evaluation $300**
Medication management $110
Although I do not participate in or file claims with any insurance plans, you may still be able to file a claim with your insurer. At your request, I will provide you with a statement after your appointment. You may then file the statement with your insurer to receive reimbursement for the visit. In some cases, your final out-of-pocket cost may be lower than your required co-pay for a specialist visit. Please contact your insurer for its specific policies regarding out-of-network reimbursements.
**If an initial appointment is missed without prior notification (no show), the full fee will be billed to the credit card used to reserve the appointment and the appointment will not be rescheduled.
